PAST LIFE REGRESSION

What’s Included:

Past Life Regression can be used both therapeutically and for clients who are simply curious about who they may have been in a past life. This CPD Masterclass focuses on teaching practitioners how to run safe, structured and ethically grounded sessions for clients seeking exploration rather than therapy. You’ll learn how to manage belief systems, set expectations, guide the regression experience and maintain emotional safety throughout. The course also introduces gentle therapeutic work in the ‘place between lives’ for clients who wish to explore deeper meaning or personal insight.

You’ll explore:

  • Background and terminology
Key concepts, definitions and how to frame regression work for curious, non‑therapeutic clients.

  • Beliefs and neutrality
How to work respectfully with diverse belief systems, maintain professional neutrality and avoid suggestion.

  • Client suitability and preparation
Identifying who is appropriate for curiosity‑based regression, managing expectations and preparing clients for the experience.

  • Setting up the session
How to structure the environment, explain the process, establish safety and create a calm, receptive state.

  • Induction and deepening techniques
Approaches that support clients in accessing the relaxed, imaginative state where regression material may emerge.

  • How to run a curiosity‑based session
Step‑by‑step guidance on pacing, questioning, scene navigation and supporting clients as they explore past‑life imagery or narrative.

  • Navigating the regression experience
How to guide clients through scenes, characters, emotions and symbolic material without leading or influencing content.

  • Working with emotional responses
Supporting clients if unexpected feelings arise, maintaining safety and gently containing activation.

  • Symbolic and metaphorical interpretation
How to explore meaning without imposing belief, and how to help clients reflect on themes or patterns.

  • Ethical considerations
Boundaries, consent, neutrality, avoiding suggestion and ensuring clients leave the session grounded and stable.

  • Aftercare for curiosity‑based sessions
How to debrief, normalise the experience and offer optional follow‑up without implying therapeutic need.

  • Exploring the ‘place between lives’
Introducing clients to the symbolic space between incarnations, including themes of transition, learning, guidance and meaning.

  • Therapeutic interventions in the between‑lives space
Gentle, non‑intrusive techniques for insight, emotional integration, reframing and personal growth when clients wish to go deeper.

  • Case studies
Realistic examples illustrating curiosity‑based sessions, symbolic themes, between‑lives exploration and practitioner decision‑making.
