The PSI Training website is hosted on Wix, which collects standard log data such as:

This information does not identify you personally.

If you complete a contact form, your details are temporarily stored on Wix’s secure servers before being emailed to me.

Accreditation and certification

Where a course requires registration with a professional body (e.g., GHR), we process your data under:

  • Legitimate interests: to fulfil course requirements and issue certification

PSI Training use your information to:

  • Respond to enquiries

  • Process bookings and payments

  • Deliver training and CPD courses

  • Maintain attendance and assessment records

  • Issue certificates

  • Register you with accrediting bodies (where applicable)

  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records

4. How long PSI Training keep your information

  • Enquiry data: deleted after 6 months if you do not enrol

  • Course records (attendance, certificates): kept for 7 years

  • Assessment work (if applicable): kept for 3 years

  • Emails/text messages: deleted within 3 months unless needed for administration

  • Website form submissions: deleted once transferred to my secure system

All records are securely destroyed after the retention period.

5. How your information is stored

PSI Training take data security seriously. PSI Training use:

  • Encrypted laptop and tablet

  • Password‑protected files

  • Secure cloud storage

  • Locked filing cabinet for paper documents

  • Two‑factor authentication on email accounts

  • GDPR‑compliant third‑party processors (Wix, payment providers, email services)

PSI Training only share your information when necessary to provide training or certification, including:

  • Accrediting bodies (e.g., GHR)

  • Payment processors (e.g., Sum Up, Zettle, PayPal)

All third parties are GDPR‑compliant and only process data as instructed.

PSI Training do not sell or share your data for marketing.
