PERSONA THERAPY
What’s Included:
Persona Therapy is an advanced form of Parts Therapy that places emphasis on the client developing their own internal ‘personae list’. Rooted in the Eriksonian Principle of Utilisation, this approach enables clients to draw on their inner resources to form a ‘vincular self’ - the organising centre that directs the internal ‘life‑play’ of their personae. This CPD Diploma introduces the conceptual foundations, therapeutic structures and practical techniques developed over 25 years, including the matrix system for identifying conflicts, alliances and threats among personae.
